We have isolated the issue! It appears that the files on your Nebulae USB drive are the source of the issue. This could due to a host of reasons, with the main culprits being: improper formatting, metadata, or file corruption. To ensure that your files are adhering to proper formatting, please refer to page 27-28 of the Nebulae manual.

If your samples have metadata present in the file, this will cause reading issues with Nebulae. Metadata is added by default on MacOS computers, and all samples should be stripped of metadata before loading onto Nebulae.
